Netflix has a placeholder for Season 6 of Bones, but nobody seems to know exactly when it will be available for streaming.

If you’re willing to pay for Hulu Plus, you watch the Season 6 episodes there. You can also sign up for a 1-week (1-month if you’re a college student) trial membership and watch them. Also, I think the first three episodes are available for free on Hulu.
Regarding Season 7, the following source indicates the date is currently set for November 3.

There is generally a two month delay between when a series is released on DVD and when it comes to Netflix. If this parameter holds for Season 6 of bones, It should be on Netflix by December. The DVD is scheduled to be released on October 4th.
