What’s the name of the song from the tv show ‘Bones’ on the Season 2 episode ‘The killer in the concrete’?

It’s played at the end of the episode. It’s sung by Brennan’s dad once and the song keeps playing in the background while Brennan and her dad find Booth. At the end, when Brennan and Booth are sitting at the coffee shop they both start singing the song again.
The lyrics go something like ‘Keep going home..back to you..’
