Booth from Bones tv show?

Ok, at the end of season 4 they showed where Booth was in a coma and when he ‘woke’ up he didnt recognize Bones. Now, in the first show in series 5 they were straight to a case??? What about his memory loss???
He didn’t not know who Brennan was, he just wasn’t sure WHICH Brennan she was – his wife and fellow nightclub owner or his partner and fellow crimesolver.
Plus, in his conversations with Sweets, it’s apparent that they’ve been discussing his confusion all summer long.
He gained most of it back over the summer. Yeah..kind of silly, but it would be dumb if he didn’t remember anything this season. He still isn’t exactly himself though. At first he wasn’t wearing his colorful socks, and he’s still not wearing his "cocky" beltbuckle. So, he does remember things, but he’s not exactly back to the old Booth we know and love.
Can anyone tell me when series 5 hits New Zealand , cause i didn’t know that series 5 started
